International Orders

International Orders (updated 2026)

Primarily applies to:  Australia, Canada, and the UK.

Shipping methods:

Usually via the postal service using First Class Mail for packages under 4 lbs and a US package value up to $400.00. Larger packages and/or higher values will move up to the Priority Mail class. Rates are usually about one-third higher than first-class postage, but this reduces shipping times from 4 weeks to 2 weeks on average. Customs clearance delays are possible, along with other factors such as weather events.

For Canada, we mostly ship via UPS. UPS rates are often not much higher than Priority Mail.

Dropout Factor

Even with the lowest-cost option, the majority of inquiries bail once shipping fees are quoted.

We do not track or try to educate you about other costs, such as VAT, customs duties, or processing fees charged by some carriers.

Distribution Outside the US

We presently do not have distributors in other countries.

Payment Fees and Exchange Rate Costs

For small orders, PayPal is our processor, and they tack on additional fees for international orders; we pass those on as handling fees.

Completing a Quote

With your postal code, we can provide a general quote. Include your list of items and full shipping address (if a business in a non-residential area, list the business and your name), along with a phone number. We’ll email a Proforma Invoice for your review and request payment via PayPal.

Warranties

Products shipped outside the US are not covered by a warranty.
