Terms of Sale: Oregon has NO sales tax. Any applicable sales taxes in your state are your responsibility.
Payment Terms: All orders require payment in advance. Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard. AMX, Discover. The online store uses PayPal and offers a PayPal Credit program. You may also pay by check or bank transfer. M.T.P.C. will not ship COD and has the right to refuse any order.
Return Policy: A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from MTPC before the return of any merchandise or for repair. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and properly packaged. Simple buyer’s remorse purchases will be charged a minimum 10-25% restocking charge. Items deemed used or missing packing materials or items in kits incur 25% restocking charges. Processors no longer refund credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc. therefore, M.T.P.C. does not refund processor fees.
Warranty: All merchandise sold by M.T.P.C comes only with a manufacturer’s warranty. Terms of the warranty vary by manufacturer.
Shipping: Shipping fees are set by carriers and added to your total purchase. All shipping and pricing errors must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment. All orders are shipped with tracking, and the customer is responsible for checking shipping labels or accuracy. Orders are shipped FOB Beavercreek OR 97004 with some exceptions. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Shipments are sent with no signature required unless requested or over 2,500.00 US dollars.
International shipping rates for various countries are not necessarily available on our website(s). You may add items to the cart and ask for a custom quote during checkout. There is also the option to pay a shipping deposit of $25.00, and we will calculate the balance due and request that from you before shipping your order.
Insurance: USPS Priority Mail is insured for $50 per package. UPS is insured for $100 per package. Additional insurance must be requested and paid for. Insurance is not guaranteed to apply to international orders unless specifically insured.
