What is RockTape?

RockTape relieves swelling through decompression, which speeds recovery. It is the world’s best kinesiology tape. It can be used to treat sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee and back pain.

RockTape can be used for both horse and rider in equine therapy. It works by microscopically lifting the skin away from the muscle and fascia, which decompresses the area and leads to reduced swelling. RockTape also signals the central nervous system through the skin’s nerves, which provides powerful feedback to minimize pain and cue form. This is also the tape used at Matrix’s Symmetry = Success Bodywork course with Bambi Dore.

RockTape was introduced in Matrix’s Bodywork Course Symmetry = Success clinics. Our method uses taping differently from what is commonly taught. Instead of a standalone support option, the tape is applied supportively only after the corrective work is done. The key is to be able to see why and where taping can be useful.
